Wearing a helmet and a harness, you’ll tackle various obstacle courses that test your skill, courage and balance.
Each stage gets more challenging and provides a real thrill, but also a great sense of achievement when you complete it. The experience is particularly lovely out in the countryside and in the heart of the forest – adrenaline and fresh air included.

The high ropes course offers a wide variety of different stations. As the course is divided into circuits of varying difficulty, everyone has the opportunity to tailor their own adventure programme. There are 57 stations to choose from. Particularly popular are the Flying Fox sections in the high ropes course, where you glide from tree to tree. Before the high ropes course tour, participants receive training on the practice course. Afterwards, you can balance on ropes, wooden beams, ladders and much more, just as you please. On the Flying Fox course, you’ll glide at heights of up to 14 metres! The programme at the high ropes course lasts 3 hours.

If you’re looking for suitable accommodation: in Großreifling, at the Basecamp, you’ll find the Freelife Guesthouse, which offers cosy 2–4-bed rooms or dormitories, including breakfast.
Alternatively, the Freelife Apartments are available: two fully equipped apartments, each with two double bedrooms and a private kitchen, or two double bedrooms for a maximum of two people with a shared kitchen.

No. The tour is suitable for beginners who are reasonably fit. Our guides explain everything step by step. - What do I need to bring?

No, but we can offer an alternative such as canyoning or rafting on the spot. - What happens to my valuables?
These can be safely stored in the vehicles. The guides will keep the keys. - Are there changing rooms and showers?
Yes, these facilities are available at our base. - Can I take part if I have physical limitations?
