Rafting & Canyoning „light“ (2 days)
The perfect touring combination for beginners
Spectacular abseils down roaring waterfalls, exhilarating white water and plenty of action await you on this unforgettable adventure weekend.
On the first day, you’ll enjoy a varied rafting trip – depending on conditions, on the Salza or the Enns. Together, you’ll tackle thrilling rapids and enjoy the impressive natural scenery.
The next day, the adventure continues with an action-packed canyoning tour: natural water slides, crystal-clear pools and thrilling abseiling sections guarantee fun, adrenaline and unforgettable moments in the gorge.
- Meeting point: Base on the Salza in Großreifling or Base Gesäuse at 9.00 am or 2.00 pm
On the first day, you can choose between two varied rafting adventures:
The Salza is one of the most scenic rivers in the Alps. Crystal-clear water of drinking-water quality, exhilarating rapids and a stunning natural backdrop make this tour a real highlight. Two optional jumping spots directly into the river provide an extra thrill. A special experience is the journey through the impressive Palfauer Gorge – a spectacular finale to the tour.
The Enns, on the other hand, has a completely different character: less technical and less obstructed, but with powerful white water and larger waves. Calmer sections along the way invite you to swim, relax and enjoy the imposing mountain landscape – pure nature in the heart of Austria’s newest national park. - Day 2: Canyoning
We’ll meet at our base in Großreifling at 9.00 am. On the programme is the “Funtastic” tour. In an idyllic forest gorge, natural water slides, crystal-clear pools and numerous abseiling spots ensure plenty of fun and variety.
The grand finale awaits at the end of the tour: a double waterfall around 18 metres high is waiting to be conquered – an unforgettable experience where no one is guaranteed to stay dry. -
