Enns Rafting “Family”

White-water & canyoning adventures for the whole family

The Enns not only offers action-packed rapids, but also particularly peaceful and scenic stretches – ideal for relaxing family outings, especially on warm summer’s days.

As well as rafting, you can look forward to a visit to the impressive Bruckgraben Canyon, where you’ll gain fascinating insights into the local flora and fauna.

  • Arrival & Check-in
Meet at our base. Welcome from our guides and a brief overview of the tour.
  • Equipment & Preparation
You’ll be given your full rafting kit (wetsuit and shoes, helmet, life jacket, paddle). We’ll then travel together by bus to the launch point (approx. 5–10 minutes)
  • Safety briefing
Our guides will explain everything you need to know: paddling technique, commands and how to behave in white water – simply, clearly and with a practical focus.
  • Start of the adventure
Here we go! Together we’ll paddle along a calm, gentle stretch of the Enns, where you’ll even have the chance to jump from the raft into the cool waters of the Enns. After about 30 minutes’ paddling, we’ll moor at a gravel bank and secure our raft.
  • Introductory canyoning in Bruckgraben
From here, we’ll walk through the lower part of the Bruckgraben Gorge (approx. 45 minutes). There are a few short ‘scrambling sections’ to negotiate. There’s no need for jumps or abseiling. The gorge offers unrivalled natural scenery. After the gorge walk, we’ll continue the tour to the exit at Gstatterboden. Along the way, there are some fun and exhilarating rapids to look forward to.
  • Destination & Return Transport
Once we reach the exit, it’s a 2-minute walk back to the base. There, you can get changed, have a shower and relax as the tour comes to an end.
